Cadaqués

Figueres

Figueres is the capital of the region called Alt Empordà. It stands as a commercial and cultural city, where Salvador Dalí was born and died, and where he created his last great artwork: The Dalí Theatre-Museum.

Vall de Núria

Núria is a beautiful valley in the Pyrenees where centuries ago a Sanctuary devoted to Maria was built. The small carving of Our Lady of Núria has been throughout the centuries an object of great devotion.



Ripoll

Ripoll is considered the cradle of Catalonia because of its history. Surrounded by rivers and mountains, and close to the Pyrenees, it keeps an impressive medieval monastery. This gem of Romanesque architecture has a really well preserved façade from the XIIth century that is absolutely outstanding.

This is one of the medieval villages that must be visited when traveling around Baix Empordà.


Pals

The medieval village of Pals is surely one of the most charming places in Baix Empordà. We welcome you to visit the gothic area, as you walk on its narrow streets your guide will explain you the history of the village, take you to the old city walls and the church. Enjoy the great views form the tower of the Hours.
